Communication Manager

We are looking for a versatile and energetic person with a passion for professional communication and tactical marketing.  This is a hands-on, practical and dynamic role in which you will be involved in many different aspects of communication every day. In this role you work hand in hand with the CEO of the company, Michael Goldberg.

Key Tasks

● Create Awareness and Lead Generation

● Website Management: management and development of content and structure of the company website. Goal is to meet the needs of our clients, maximise visibility and awareness and convert traffic into leads and sales

● Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Advertising (SEA) management: instruct and follow-up marketing agency in charge of SEO (generate targeted organic traffic) and SEA (Google Adwords and Bing for lead generation)

● Email and Database Marketing: planning and implementation of all email newsletters and other campaigns focused on business growth

● PR and trade events: define PR calendar, create PR content and organise events; coordinate presence at trade fairs and events and support with the right content

● Social Media Marketing (SMM): manage accounts on LinkedIn, and potentially Facebook and Twitter in order to create visibility and generate leads

● Develop Content: generate relevant content in a variety of formats including videos, articles, social media content etc by working closely with external partners

● Coordinate internal communication:

● Draft an internal communication timeline aligned with external marketing timeline

● Ensure internal communication messages are consistent with external communication messages

● Update intranet

● Prepare internal communication preparation

● Guard branding implementation: after the integration of new teams and review of the branding guidelines, align all existing documentation and media  to new guidelines

Key tools used in the role include: Google Analytics & Webmaster tools,Microsoft Office Programmes, specifically PPT. Not crucial, but interesting to know: Google Adwords, Photoshop, Salesforce etc.

Skills and Experience Required

● A degree or related qualification in communication, marketing or digital marketing

● Have 2-5 years of experience with B2B Marketing

● Selected experience of working with Google Analytics, Google Adwords, SEO/SEA and/or Email Marketing

● Have excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills as well as the journalistic ability to source stories from employees

● Be able to think outside the box, keeping up to date with marketing trends and marketing tools and utilising these to innovate and grow

● Knowledge of or experience in real estate is a plus
